Lekson Visual Communications to Introduce Next Generation of Network Video-Enabled Visual Solutions at NRF LP 2009
Posted: June 18, 2009
Scottsdale, AZ – (June 8, 2009) – Lekson Visual Communications (LVC), provider of
Advanced Visual Display Solutions for retailers, announced a strategy to integrate Axis
network video products with Lekson’s visual technology on December 12, 2008. Initial
versions were unveiled at the NRF Big Show in January and at IFSEC 2009 in May. The
next generation of these solutions will be introduced at the NRF LP Conference in Los
Angeles on June 14-17 in the Axis Communications Booth (#229).

These ‘next generation’ Visual Displays are fully network video enabled, while also offering
the ability to convert analog to IP for companies still transitioning to digital. This
innovative technology will address Security/Loss Prevention applications, deliver in-store
advertising, provide ‘Alert Messaging’ in the event of an emergency, and announce ‘realtime’
AMBER Alerts through our partnership with amberalert.com. Combining these
functions will allow companies to do more with less, enhance emergency response and
efficiencies, reduce total cost of ownership, and improve overall return on investment.

“We continue to be on schedule in our development of IP Visual Display solutions. As with
the NRF Big Show and IFSEC, we look forward to receiving valuable input from those
attending NRF LP”, says Gary Widman, President of Lekson Visual Communications.
“This as another major step in our integration with Axis network video products to
provide the industry an efficient and cost effective approach to deploying state of the art,
multi-function IP visual displays, while enabling the transition from analog to IP.”

“Solutions such as these are essential for enabling Loss Prevention professionals to convert
their systems to network video,” said Jumbi Edulbehram, Director of Business
